Discount Tire

Excellent, friendly service. Carson and the team provided exceptional service this morning. Despite a minor hiccup with the original order, Carson came up with a solution and has me back on the road in under an hour. Discount Tire has never let me down, but Carson went above and beyond.

I got a flat tire while camping near Pineview, brought my car down to get the tire repaired. It was covered under the certificate I had on the tire, so the repair was fixed, and my tires were rotated and balanced. The staff was quick and very nice and the location was very clean. As time passed the tire continued to leak and have low PSI. I took it to my local discount tire (Lindon) and they determined it was leaking air from the existing plug put in by this Ogden location. Because the tire wasn’t repaired correctly/successfully I can’t rate higher than 2 stars.

I brought factory wheels/tires in along with aftermarket wheels I purchased online and had them swap the tires over. Regan was amazing to work with. After finding that the previous owner plugged one of the tires in an unsafe way and explaining that due to liability, they couldn't swap that tire he did everything he could to find any options and deals to make the process better considering I didn't go into the store expecting to buy a tire. The work was performed well and quickly once the tire arrived the next day. Thanks again for another great experience at the 605 Washington Blvd Discount Tire!

Outstanding customer service! Everyone at Discount Tire was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. Regan was especially helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we got exactly what we needed. The entire team was welcoming, efficient, and made us feel like valued customers from start to finish. The service was fast, the quality was excellent, and we left feeling confident in our purchase. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location and will definitely be back for any future tire needs!

I did a lot of research in my journey to purchase new tires for my Forester Wilderness. I wanted to get larger tires and several other stores wouldn’t accommodate, even if the tires fit safely. I walked in to Discount Tire on a Saturday and spoke with a super knowledgeable gentleman who was covering for normal the store manager. He helped me very nicely and provided me some options. I left to do more research and ended up deciding to purchase the tires he recommended for me. I found a better proce online and they matched it for me. I set an appointment online and Regan helped me out. His customer service is top tier. With the lobby full of waiting customers and the phone ringing off the hook, he still takes the time to address every customers’ questions and concerns and made them feel taken care of. He quoted me about an hour and 15 minutes for the install, but I had my keys back in about 20 minutes. I am super happy with my experience and plan to continue working with Discount Tire in the future.
